Ledgers

Overview

Ledgers are the financial records that track the transactions payouts and payments to each provider. They are the source of truth for the provider's balance and the payments made to the provider. Ledger has Transaction Payout and Ledger Payment entries.

Transaction Payout Entry

Transaction Payout is the entry that is created when a transaction is batched and finalized. It is the entry that shows amount of the money that is being paid out to the provider for the specific transaction. Ledger will have one Transaction Payout entry for each transaction payment - if there are multiple payments on one transactions, there will be multiple Transaction Payout entries for that transactions (one for each payment).

You can view the details of the payment by clicking on the transaction payout entry. It will show the list of transactions payments for the associated transaction and highlight the payment that is being paid out. Example of the Transaction Payout entry detail is shown below:
