Account settings
Your practice's name, default importer and timezone — plus the settings only support can change, and switching between practices.

Click the gear icon in the top right and choose your account’s name. This opens your account settings, which has three tabs: General, Team and Billing History.
This page covers General. Team and roles and billing and invoices cover the other two.
General
Three settings you can change.
Name — how your practice appears throughout Track 2 Pay, including in the confirmation prompt when importing. If you manage several practices, make these unmistakably distinct.
Default Importer — which format the import dialog starts on: Therapy Notes Billing or Generic. Set it to whatever you actually use and you stop having to think about the dropdown.
Timezone — your practice’s timezone. It becomes the default on every import, and it is what manual entry times are read in.
The choices are Hawaii, Alaska, Pacific, Mountain, Central and Eastern time.
Click Update to save.
Set the timezone once and leave it alone. It decides which pay period a late-evening session falls into, so changing it later shifts how new imports are read and can make sessions you have already matched look like new ones. There is more on why the timezone matters.
Settings only support can change
Two further sections appear on this page as read-only. They exist because getting them wrong would quietly corrupt your data, so they are set up with support rather than self-service.
Group Session Service Codes
Group therapy needs special handling. In a group session, several rows share the same clinician, time and service code, differing only by attendee — without help, they look like duplicates of one another.
For the service codes listed here (90853 is the common one), Track 2 Pay uses the client’s name as part of each session’s identifier, so every attendee’s row stays distinct.
If your practice runs groups and this reads None configured, ask support to set it up before you import group sessions.
Additional Record Types
By default, imports bring in rows whose type is Appointment or Missed Appointment, and skip everything else.
If your practice bills something your system categorizes differently, support can add those types here so they come through too.
Working with more than one practice
If you are a bookkeeper, or a billing company, or you run several practices, one login can belong to several accounts.
Open the gear menu and use Switch Account. It lists every account you belong to, and switching changes everything you see — transactions, payouts, clinicians, settings.
Two things to keep in mind:
Check before importing. Every import asks you to confirm which account the file is going into. That prompt exists precisely because putting one practice’s billing into another practice’s ledger is unpleasant to unpick. Read it.
Your role can differ per account. You might be an Owner in one and an Editor in another. What you can do changes when you switch.
Your own profile
The gear menu also has Profile, which is about you rather than the practice: your name, your email address and your password.
Changing your email or password requires your current password. If you are changing your email, the new address has to be confirmed before it takes effect, and the page will show you which address it is waiting on.
Leave the password fields blank if you are only updating your name.
