Signing in
Getting into Track 2 Pay, accepting an invitation, and what to do when you cannot.
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Track 2 Pay lives at app.ont2p.com.
Two ways in
Sign in with Google. One button, no password to remember. Use the Google account that matches your work email.
Email and password. Enter your email and password, and tick Remember me if this is your own computer.
Google is the only single sign-on option at present.
Your first time
You cannot create a practice yourself. Accounts are set up either by an invitation from somebody already in your practice, or by Track 2 Pay when you start.
If you were invited, you will have an email with a link. Follow it, set your full name and a password, agree to the terms, and you are in. Invitation links do expire — if yours has, ask whoever invited you to send another.
If you signed up but see “Account Not Found”, your login exists but is not attached to a practice yet. That is the message telling you exactly that. Contact support and they will connect you.
When you cannot get in
Forgotten your password. Use Forgot your password? on the sign-in page. You will get a reset link by email.
Never got the confirmation email. Use Didn’t receive confirmation instructions? to have it sent again. Check your spam folder first — it is usually there.
Locked out. After several failed attempts your account locks itself. Use Didn’t receive unlock instructions? and you will be emailed a link to unlock it.
Nothing arrives at all. Check that you are using the address you were actually invited at. If your practice uses a shared inbox, the invitation may have gone there rather than to you.
Signed in, but nothing to see. If you are a clinician, you see published payouts only. If your practice has not finalized and published one yet, the page will be empty, and that is normal. See what clinicians see.
Changing your details
Gear icon, then Profile. You can change your name, your email address and your password.
Changing your email or password needs your current password — a deliberate guard against somebody using an unattended, signed-in browser. A new email address has to be confirmed before it becomes active, and the page shows which address it is waiting on.
Signing out
Gear icon, then Sign Out. Worth doing on shared or public computers, especially if you ticked Remember me.
